One couple in Sacramento got the shock of a lifetime when they discovered a newborn in the dumpster just outside of their home. The little girl was placed in the dumpster with the umbilical cord still attached, and police later found out that she had been left there by her 13-year-old mother.
Jimmy and Annette Alvarez, the couple who rescued the child, are already the grandparents and great-grandparents of 37 children. But they are now hoping to adopt the defenseless child and give her the chance to lead a happy, healthy life.
What an incredibly kind couple. It's clear that these two have giant hearts, and I see nothing but good things in little Milagro's future if she's placed in their care.
