Contrary to what most believe, your sweat isn’t what stinks. It’s part of the grossness, but actually don’t smell like anything. Your pits, groin, and other areas have bacteria which, when they come into contact with sweat, release that gross smell that out you for the sweaty mess you are.
So how can you reduce this issue? Well …

Citric acid can help stop the growth of those stink-causing micro-organisms under your arms, so lightly applying lemon juice can help with your odor issues. Careful, though, too much can cause painful burns.

It turns out baking soda isn’t only great for masking the smell of that rotting pot roast in your refrigerator, it can also help you hide your own horrendous stench.
Just bring some in the shower with you, lightly soak it in your closed hand, and then apply it to your armpits. Rinse, and then do your normal shower stuff.

Don’t forget to give your pie hole some love. Probiotics are great for oral health and freshening your breath, while chlorella can reduce odor as well.

Sorry to all the Ron Swanson wannabes out there, but one of the biggest culprits behind body stink is red meat. Other things like foods high in sugar, refined white flour, and hydrogenated oil also play a role in making you stick out on public transportation.
Try eating more leafy and green veggies, as well as incorporating herbs into your diet like parsley, oregano, rosemary, cilantro, and mint.

Of course coconut oil. What can’t this stuff do? Coconut contains lauric acid which is a natural antibacterial you can apply to your skin to help keep your stink at bay.
