76 people dead after plane crashes in Colombia

Colombian officials confirm 76 of the 81 passengers onboard a flight to Colombia have been killed. The plane was carrying Brazilian football team Chapecoense.

The airplane has reportedly crashed in Colombia and that the injured are being transported to local hospitals.
Air traffic control in Colombia confirming that the flight has indeed crashed and that it came from Bolivia, via a connection from Brazil.
Weather conditions sound like they're making it difficult to get the injured to hospital. Pleas for local 4x4 drivers to join help effort.
Four injured people have been transferred to a local hospital, reports main Colombian radio station RCN:
RCN Radio now confirming that there were 15 journalists on the plane, including 5 from Fox Sports Brazil.
